Overview
Rory McGrath is a Deputy Headteacher within the New Wave Federation and is an experienced Mathematics Leader. He is experienced in using and leading on the introduction and delivery of Mathematics Mastery across schools. He is able to offer leadership, teacher support and CPD support.
Ire Smith is a Senior Teacher within the New Wave Federation. He supports with ITT provision within alliance schools and can offer bespoke coaching and mentoring support. He works in partnership with the IOE and other providers. He is able to offer support for School Direct, Teach First and NQTs.
Cassey Williams is an Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE) and is highly experienced at the use of digital technology in primary schools. Cassey is able to support both the leadership and teacher deployment of Ipads and other technology. Her skills lie in the classroom where she can show how to seamless integrate technology into the day to day life of a classroom teaching and learning.
